Growth Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of integrated, full‑funnel campaigns that drive pipeline for our B2B SaaS partner. You will design and launch initiatives such as webinars, events, eBooks and reports, ensuring cohesive messaging and high‑impact creative across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑funnel campaign strategies for major launches, defining audiences, messaging, channel mix, goals and success metrics.
• Create detailed campaign plans and timelines aligned with growth objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to produce assets, manage production and keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor performance in real time, optimize campaigns across channels, and report on lead quality and ROI.
• Ensure cross‑functional alignment so that each channel contributes to generating high‑quality leads.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience managing B2B SaaS marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make real‑time optimizations.
• Excellent project‑management skills and the ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
