Growth Marketer

About the role

HostPapa, a fast‑growing web hosting provider with customers in 39 countries, is looking for a Growth Marketer to join its CloudBlue business unit. You will own multi‑channel B2B campaigns that directly contribute to pipeline growth and overall marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel initiatives across content, email, web, SEO, paid media, social and events.
• Translate product and business priorities into campaigns, landing pages, case studies and other assets.
• Distribute content through owned, paid and partner channels, including SEO, email, social, syndication and PR support.
• Support go‑to‑market execution for product launches, ensuring alignment of messaging and creative.
• Partner with sales to generate and accelerate pipeline through targeted programs.
• Identify testing and optimisation opportunities across the funnel and improve performance.
• Streamline marketing workflows using AI, automation tools and process enhancements.
• Monitor performance metrics, extract insights and continuously refine execution.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in growth, demand‑generation or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing across content, SEO, lifecycle, paid media and web.
• Proven ability to own and deliver multi‑channel campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to optimisation.
• Familiarity with product marketing and go‑to‑market execution.
