Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our fast‑growing marketing team. You will be responsible for producing visual assets that power digital advertising, marketing collateral and internal presentations, working remotely from anywhere in LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital ad creative for social media and paid campaigns.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, playbooks and testimonial documents.
• Build slide decks for internal and client‑facing presentations.
• Prepare print‑ready files, ensuring proper bleed, resolution and color mode.
• Support external client requests with ad creative.
• Apply and maintain brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple design requests, prioritising by deadlines and business needs.
• Contribute creative ideas and design recommendations proactively.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of digital design and ad creative.
• Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency.
• Highly organized, deadline‑driven and comfortable handling shifting priorities.
• Based in LATAM.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma and/or Canva.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals: color theory, visual hierarchy, typography and layout.
• Basic knowledge of print production standards (bleed, CMYK).
