Graphic Designer – Paid Advertising Creative Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑moving marketing agency seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can craft high‑performing paid‑advertising creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. This role focuses on creating eye‑catching ad assets that drive clicks and conversions, not on branding or logo work.

Key responsibilities

• Design static image ads, carousel creatives, and promotional graphics for Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Display.
• Produce multiple variations of winning concepts and resize them for different ad placements.
• Develop offer‑driven campaign creatives and e‑commerce or lead‑generation assets.
• Collaborate quickly with the media team to turn briefs into polished concepts without lengthy back‑and‑forth.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing paid‑advertising creatives.
• Experience designing for Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Excellent visual hierarchy, typography, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of direct‑response and performance‑marketing principles.
• Ability to generate several concept variations rapidly and communicate reliably.
• Bonus: knowledge of CTR, conversion‑focused design, A/B testing, and creative hooks.
