Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our in‑house agency, supporting four diverse business divisions and corporate initiatives. You will translate strategic concepts into compelling print, web, and digital assets that elevate our brand across the financial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality visual materials for print, web, advertising, social media, and environmental graphics.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, designers, and writers to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Incorporate AI tools into the creative workflow to improve efficiency and explore innovative design methods.
• Develop and deliver presentations that clearly communicate creative concepts to stakeholders.
• Maintain and evolve visual identity systems while adhering to brand standards.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling through typography, motion, imagery, and copy.
• Ability to synthesize feedback quickly and iterate on designs.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets and target audiences.
• Excellent conceptual skills and a drive to generate innovative designs.

Required skills

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design work.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a comparable discipline.
