About the role

We are seeking a Government Policy Consultant to provide expert analysis and drafting of policy, legal, and regulatory documents for a range of sectors. Working remotely, you will support clients by ensuring compliance, clarity, and high‑quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, draft, and review policy documents, legal contracts, proposals, and research papers.
• Provide strategic consultation and actionable recommendations on regulatory, legal, healthcare, academic, or finance matters.
• Conduct thorough document reviews, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices.
• Support clients with precise document formatting, tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to synthesize complex data into succinct policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on evolving regulations and guidelines relevant to your expertise.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in written and verbal formats.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience in government policy operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, including tracked changes and complex formatting.
• Advanced proficiency with PDF editing tools for document review and data extraction.
