About the role

Join Global Banking Planning & Analysis to improve the accuracy and integrity of client profitability insights. As a Senior Associate you will lead month‑end close activities, deliver actionable analytics and partner with stakeholders across global teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the month‑end close process for client profitability, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Prepare, review and present monthly financial results, variance analysis and key performance indicators to senior management.
• Develop and deliver analytics that support business decisions and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity, risk management and adherence to policies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for business partners and senior leadership, fostering collaboration across global teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting or business finance.
• Advanced understanding of month‑end close processes, financial controls and profitability analysis.
• Proven record of delivering results in a fast‑paced environment and driving process improvements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Technical expertise in Python, SQL, Databricks and Alteryx.
