General Ledger & Reporting Operations Coordinator

About the role

Join bioMérieux's LATAM Shared Service Center as a General Ledger & Reporting Operations Coordinator, supporting GL and reporting across multiple countries while coordinating daily team activities and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily operational tasks such as workload planning, balancing, and resource allocation.
• Support onboarding, training and day‑to‑day guidance for team members.

Required profile

• Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reporting or finance operations.
• Experience coordinating activities, priorities, workloads or operational tasks within a team.
• Strong knowledge of GL processes, month‑end close, reporting, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Advanced SAP/ERP knowledge and strong Excel skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory) with ability to communicate with regional and global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP is a plus.
