About the role
The Games Delivery Supervisor leads and develops release, testing, and live teams within the Games Delivery department, ensuring the gaming portfolio is delivered to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, manage, and coach Games Delivery Coordinators to achieve high‑quality delivery.
- Ensure functional and regulatory testing meets required standards.
- Coordinate releases and deliver roadmap milestones on time.
- Create, maintain, and review test scripts for gaming product releases, projects, and apps.
- Organise daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and liaise with other departments for smooth cooperation.
Required profile
- Experience in a Games Delivery or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of gaming products and the ability to motivate a team.
- Capacity to multitask, prioritise under pressure and pay excellent attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Jira for task and project tracking.
