Fullstack Engineer – Reliability & Incident Response

About the role

Labrynth is looking for a Fullstack Engineer who will keep its AI‑powered regulatory platforms running smoothly. You will split your time between building new features for active client projects and maintaining the health of production systems that support highly regulated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Support project delivery by designing, implementing, and shipping end‑to‑end features, integrations, and bug fixes.
• Maintain platforms through dependency upgrades, performance tuning, security patching, refactoring, and technical‑debt reduction.
• Take first‑line ownership of incidents during rotation, triage, restore service, and produce blameless post‑mortems.
• Improve observability by enhancing logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Automate repetitive manual work into scripts, jobs, or tooling and create runbooks.
• Document architecture, runbooks, and handover notes to satisfy audit requirements.
• Support the engineering team by reviewing pull requests, contributing to standards, and providing a reliable second pair of eyes.
