Fullstack Engineer - React & Python

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to design, develop and optimise intelligent, AI‑driven solutions. The role combines backend work in Python for AI/ML integrations and data orchestration with frontend development in React to deliver responsive user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise backend services in Python, focusing on AI capabilities, copilot agent logic and data processing workflows.
• Maintain and support existing .NET Core and C# backend components.
• Build scalable, intuitive frontend interfaces using React, Redux and React Router.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs that connect AI models, agents and internal or legacy systems.
• Manage relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), write efficient queries and use ORM tools such as Entity Framework Core.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in quality‑assurance activities.
• Translate high‑level product requirements into production‑ready implementations.
• Collaborate across multiple teams, adapt to changing priorities and propose architectural improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) and ability to work autonomously.
