Frontend Web Developer – HTML & CSS (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Web Developer specialized in HTML and CSS to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while building responsive user interfaces for a high‑traffic platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end components using HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
• Translate design mockups from tools such as Figma or Sketch into pixel‑perfect UI elements.
• Optimize front‑end performance and adhere to accessibility standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Experience with responsive, mobile‑first design principles.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) or utility frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
• Ability to use browser developer tools for debugging and performance tuning.
