FP&A Specialist

About the role

Trafilea is looking for an experienced FP&A Specialist to own and elevate its financial planning and analysis function. This remote position will turn raw financial data into clear business insight, supporting rapid growth across its portfolio of consumer tech brands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve weekly and monthly P&L reporting, reforecasting, and business planning.
• Analyze variances versus plan, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actionable decisions.
• Create management‑ready financial presentations covering P&L, KPIs, and cash burn.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Enhance end‑to‑end FP&A processes for clarity, speed, accuracy, and automation.
• Promote a culture where every dollar spent aligns with the business plan.

Required profile

• 5‑6+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience in e‑commerce, technology, or fast‑growing environments is a plus.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and structured thinking.
• Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
• Excellent communicator who can translate numbers into clear business narratives.
• Builder mindset – continuously improve existing processes.
