FP&A Manager – Argentina

About the role

Join Teladoc Health’s corporate consolidation FP&A team as an FP&A Manager for Argentina. You will partner with business leaders to drive monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and operating plans while providing actionable financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and review departmental budgets to ensure accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze monthly financial results, variances, and trends, delivering insights to senior management.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop new metrics to measure business performance.
• Support ad‑hoc analyses, modeling, cash‑flow forecasting, compensation models, and workforce planning.
• Create reports for managers and senior leadership and assist in the annual operating plan.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting and business intelligence processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality results under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to interact with all organizational levels, including senior management.
• High motivation, customer focus, and quick learning aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP or similar financial planning systems.
