About the role

As a Forms Content Associate at Sovos, you will provide technical and sales support for payroll reporting forms and eFiling software, helping customers solve real‑world challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to customers via telephone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues efficiently.
• Test form updates, input technical issues into bug‑tracking software, and maintain the support portal.
• Communicate user challenges and software updates across departments.
• Identify patterns in emerging technology challenges and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of computer software and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong customer service orientation with careful listening and accurate documentation.
• Fluent English with effective verbal and written communication.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage own workflow.

Required skills

• Comfort with AI‑assisted workflows and technology tools such as phone systems and remote support software.
• Experience using bug‑tracking or ticketing systems.
