Financial Specialist – Financial Modeling & Valuation

About the role

We are looking for a quantitative‑focused Financial Specialist to join our team. The role centers on building, maintaining, and reviewing sophisticated financial models that support investment decisions and business valuation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update complex financial models (P&L projections, cash‑flow, scenario and sensitivity analyses).
• Conduct in‑depth financial statement analysis to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed research reports that clearly explain model assumptions, value drivers, and findings.
• Defend valuations and projections before internal committees, senior stakeholders, or clients.
• Support strategic initiatives such as expansion projects, M&A, and other capital‑allocation decisions with precise quantitative data.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in valuation, financial modeling, equity research, or corporate finance.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field; CFA Level 1+ or a Master’s/MBA is a plus.
• Advanced bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
