Financial Specialist – Financial Modeling Expert

About the role

We are looking for a quantitative‑focused Financial Specialist to design, maintain, and evaluate complex financial models that support investment decisions and business valuations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing rigorous analysis and clear communication of financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update sophisticated financial models (P&L, cash‑flow, scenario and sensitivity analyses).
• Analyze financial statements to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed research reports that explain model assumptions, value drivers, and outcomes.
• Defend valuations and projections before internal committees, senior leaders, or clients.
• Support strategic initiatives such as expansion projects, M&A, and other capital‑allocation decisions with precise quantitative data.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in valuation, financial modeling, equity research, or corporate finance.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field; CFA Level 1 or higher, Master in Finance or MBA is a plus.
• Advanced bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
