Financial Project Analyst (Argentina)

About the role

The Financial Project Analyst will track and report on the profitability of clinical research projects, collaborating with project teams, clients and internal departments to ensure high‑quality financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up projects and budgets, converting client agreements into Indero’s internal cost structure.
• Configure projects in management and financial systems, upload budgets and amendments.
• Recognise revenue and expenses per Canadian GAAP, create journal entries, and reconcile project accounts.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including profit & loss, forecasts, and invoicing status.
• Manage invoicing, act as main client contact for billing questions, and ensure all invoices are paid at study end.
• Support project managers with financial guidance, facilitate review meetings, and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA certification is an asset.
• Minimum 4 years of project accounting experience.
• Excellent English communication and strong analytical, critical‑thinking skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using Power BI.
• Familiarity with ERP and other financial management tools.
