About the role

We are seeking a Financial Planning & Controlling Specialist to join a multinational company in Buenos Aires. The role supports financial planning, performance management and business decision‑making, working closely with Finance and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Support budget, forecast and monthly closing processes.
Analyze P&L performance, profitability, risks and opportunities.
Monitor financial results versus targets and explain key variances.
Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Support controls related to commercial policies and expenses.

Required profile

Experience in FP&A, Controlling, Business Finance or Finance Business Partnering.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Advanced English.
Experience with financial reporting and data analysis.
Previous Big Four experience is a plus.
