Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst – Latin America & Canada

About the role

Join our Financial Planning & Analysis team to provide insights that shape key business decisions across Latin America and Canada. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while collaborating with finance partners and business leaders in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a liaison across finance partners to deliver impactful reporting, planning, and analysis.
• Produce presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Develop, consolidate, and present qualitative and quantitative financial analysis, including budget and forecast variance analysis.
• Build, maintain, and review financial models for recurring and ad‑hoc needs.
• Perform deep‑dive analysis on key drivers and variances, identify root causes, and propose actions.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure timely, accurate delivery of processes and requests.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support special projects with structured problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in a results‑driven environment.
