Financial & Executive Operations Analyst (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

This position sits next to the Co‑CEO of a small technology firm that builds crypto, wallet and AI products. The analyst will organise the flow of information across departments, turning informal instructions into clear, tracked work and ensuring the operating record remains trustworthy.

Key responsibilities

• Convert voice notes, rough briefs and meeting outputs into clear tasks with owners, deadlines and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the Lark project‑management system as the single source of truth.
• Assign tasks, set owners and monitor progress through to completion.
• Prepare bilingual (English/Spanish) briefs, summaries and hand‑offs for cross‑functional teams.
• Support engineering by drafting project briefs, technical specs and requirements documentation.
• Leverage internal AI tools to draft, summarise and verify outputs, always with human review.

Required profile

• Highly autonomous after onboarding and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding written communication in both English and Spanish.
• Calm under ambiguity, able to manage many open threads and proactively flag gaps.
• Discreet with sensitive business information.
• Curious about AI and technology; crypto/Web3 experience is a plus.
• Background in accounting, finance or spreadsheet‑based analysis is valued.
