Financial Due Diligence Manager – Deals

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires and help shape the future of business for a diverse client portfolio across geographies. As a Deals Financial Due Diligence Manager you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, while leading a team of analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence workstreams for M&A transactions, assessing quality of earnings, cash flows and key deal issues.
• Develop strategic advice and business diligence services, identifying opportunities to maximize deal value.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution and completion to meet client expectations.
• Guide teams in financial modeling, forecasting and valuation techniques.
• Collaborate with clients, legal advisors and cross‑functional deal teams throughout the transaction process.
• Embrace technology and innovation to improve delivery of financial advisory services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (minimum).
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• One of the following certifications: CPA, CA, FCA, CFA.
• Fluent oral and written English.
