Financial Controller (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

Pearster is looking for a Financial Controller to join its Argentina team on a fully remote basis. The role supports the company’s financial and operational performance through budgeting, analysis, reporting, and the creation of business metrics that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and manage company budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze budget variances and deliver actionable insights.
• Produce periodic financial, management, and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support monthly closing processes, reconciliations, and audit preparation.
• Monitor operational costs, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, controls, and reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership on planning and performance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or management control.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio.
• ERP platforms: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Odoo.
