Finance Project Manager

About the role

The Finance Project Manager will oversee finance‑focused initiatives across multiple Latin American locations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance‑related projects using formal project‑lifecycle methodologies.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate integrations between finance applications and enterprise platforms.
• Prepare and present financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting reports to executive audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project‑management experience and 8 years of combined IT and/or business experience.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with senior executives.
• Demonstrated independence in decision‑making.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of finance systems and finance processes.
• Understanding of enterprise technology environments and finance‑application integrations.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis capabilities.
