Finance Manager FP&A

About the role

The Finance Manager FP&A will lead the financial consolidation process, record topside journal entries, and prepare financial statements, roll‑forwards, and internal reports. You will analyse variances between actual results and forecast budgets to support corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake financial analysis of key data, compare actual performance with forecasts and budgets, and provide trend insights.
• Book month‑end entries to produce the final trial balance and record recurring topside journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain consolidated income statements, balance sheets, and cash‑flow statements for external reporting and audit review.
• Produce roll‑forward analyses and consolidated flux analysis for management control.
• Coordinate variance explanations with operating units and follow up on required clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and policies.
• Support managers with data‑driven insights and trend identification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong analytical, numeracy, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and influence stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP finance modules such as SAP and PeopleSoft.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
