Finance Manager – FP&A

About the role

The Finance Manager – FP&A will lead the financial consolidation process, prepare statutory financial statements, and produce internal reports that compare actual performance against forecasts and budgets. This role supports senior management with actionable insights to drive corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end close, record topside journal entries, and produce the final trial balance.
• Prepare consolidated income statements, balance sheets, cash‑flow statements, and roll‑forward analyses for external reporting and auditors.
• Perform variance analysis, develop flux analysis, and coordinate responses from operating units.
• Book tax entries and generate reports for the tax department.
• Maintain compliance with internal accounting policies and develop processes to meet internal customer requirements.
• Provide trend analysis and financial insights to support managerial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to identify and mitigate financial issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP finance modules such as SAP or PeopleSoft.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
