Finance Lecturer for AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance lecturers to help train AI systems in financial and economic reasoning. Your expertise will shape the quality of AI‑generated finance content used by millions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review finance‑related questions, explanations, and reasoning in AI training datasets.
• Assess the accuracy of concepts such as valuation, risk, capital markets, and economic theory.
• Identify misconceptions, logical gaps, or unclear reasoning in AI‑generated content.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve the clarity and correctness of AI financial reasoning.
• Leverage teaching experience to flag common student misconceptions that AI may replicate.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meeting project milestones on your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years teaching finance or economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable communicator able to deliver actionable, structured feedback.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI model evaluation.
• Experience with data labeling workflows.
