Finance Insights Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Insights Advisor to join a multidisciplinary team of product architects, UX designers, storytellers, data visualizers, and Python developers. You will partner with finance leadership to translate high‑priority business questions into actionable, AI‑enhanced financial insights that drive executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of clear, compelling financial narratives that turn complex analysis into business outcomes.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements for applications, semantic models, and AI use cases.
• Guide AI model training by embedding finance domain expertise and validating outputs against real‑world financial logic.
• Act as the final authority on AI‑driven insights, ensuring accuracy and relevance before delivery to senior leadership.
• Analyze business performance and generate insight‑driven recommendations aligned with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure end‑to‑end delivery and measurable business impact.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of finance experience, preferably in large, heterogeneous data environments.
• Proven ability to frame business problems and solve them with data‑driven approaches.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior finance stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Self‑driven, agile, and capable of managing multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast‑paced projects.
