Finance Customers Analyst – English Proficiency Required

About the role

Avature is seeking a Finance Customers Analyst to join its finance team across several Argentine locations. The role focuses on managing the end‑to‑end sales and billing processes for enterprise customers, ensuring high‑quality service and timely collections while supporting the company’s SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers’ financial inquiries, delivering clear and engaging communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Sales Engineering, Legal, Accounting, Account Management, Consulting) to review and manage each customer account.
• Own the full sales/billing cycle, from order and invoice creation to go‑live tracking and collections.
• Assess customer procurement and administrative needs, propose solutions for non‑standard situations, and add value to customer processes.
• Maintain Avature’s reputation for speed, quality, and professionalism in all interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and collaborative mindset.
• Autonomous, organized, self‑motivated and proactive.
• Experience in accounts receivable, order management, billing and collections.
