Finance Business Process Owner – ATLAS

About the role

Within the Finance Processes, Systems and Optimization team, you will lead the evolution and support of ATLAS users across the Americas, ensuring the platform meets finance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of the ATLAS core model across finance processes such as Controlling, Accounting, Risk, interfaces and reporting.
• Manage system enhancements, incidents and bug resolution, overseeing testing, validation and deployment of new releases.
• Drive process optimisation, maintain user documentation and promote best practices to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Provide functional support and training to finance users during roll‑outs and post‑go‑live phases.
• Coordinate communications and collaborate with finance, IT and external partners to support system adoption across the region.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting, ERP implementations or commodity controlling environments.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, systems and business‑process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel.
