About the role

Join the PwC Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Finance Business Partner Manager. You will provide financial advice and strategic guidance to a diverse client portfolio, overseeing financial processes, compliance, reporting, budgeting and risk management while leading a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and deliver strategic recommendations to optimise client performance.
• Manage end‑to‑end financial processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and risk‑management activities.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, leveraging their strengths.
• Monitor performance against client expectations and identify growth opportunities.
• Address conflicts and conduct difficult conversations with clients, team members and stakeholders.
• Implement internal controls and uphold information security and data‑protection standards.
• Utilise financial reporting tools to produce accurate, timely reports.

Required profile

• Minimum High School education (further finance qualifications preferred).
• Proven experience in a managerial finance role.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts and difficult conversations professionally.
• Commitment to information security, data protection and professional ethics.
