Finance Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Associate to support our remote financial operations. The role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable management, and reporting using QuickBooks and Google Sheets. The successful candidate will work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and record transactions in QuickBooks.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for internal review.
• Maintain and enhance financial data in Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
• Support budget adherence and financial compliance across the organization.
• Assist with ad‑hoc financial projects and audit preparation.
• Provide coverage during weekends or extended hours as required.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Based in the United States and available for occasional weekend or extended hours.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
