Finance AI Trainer (Director Level)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI assistant models that support finance teams. In this contractor role you will use your financial expertise to assess the accuracy and reasoning of AI‑generated answers and to push the models with real‑world, complex scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses to questions on macro trends, corporate finance and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance knowledge.
• Design and present complex, edge‑case scenarios to test model performance.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model improvements.
• Evaluate AI‑generated solutions for correctness, relevance and overall quality.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress or completed Master’s or PhD in a finance‑related field (preferred but not mandatory).
