External Audit Manager – US Client

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead external audit engagements for a US‑based client within PwC Argentina’s Core Assurance team. The role involves overseeing the full audit lifecycle, ensuring compliance with US and international standards, and delivering high‑quality solutions to our client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of financial statement audits and internal controls audits.
• Perform and review standard audit procedures across the full balance sheet.
• Manage and review audit tasks using the Aura platform.
• Apply PCAOB, US GAAP, and IFRS standards throughout the audit process.
• Identify client needs and provide timely, high‑quality solutions.
• Consult on technical questions and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in diverse projects, demonstrating initiative and critical thinking.
• Collaborate effectively within the team and foster a positive working environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5–7 years of experience in external audit.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong technical knowledge, professional judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
