Expert Marketing Specialist

About the role

Haleon is seeking an Expert Marketing Specialist to promote its health brands across an assigned territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals such as dentists and pharmacists. The role involves identifying opportunities and leading projects to increase brand recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of healthcare professionals and plan visits to clinics and pharmacies, including travel to interior regions.
• Achieve key performance indicators for coverage, frequency and daily visits, and manage product promotion by providing technical and scientific information.
• Handle sample and promotional material distribution according to segmentation, and drive discount tools with concrete commercial objectives.
• Keep professional information current in the Veeva platform, recording weekly visit plans and daily activities, including sample deliveries and inventory reporting.
• Participate in congresses and events to expand reach, identify new opportunities and coordinate activities that promote the brands.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate value‑added proposals and lead up to two annual projects, coordinating execution and presenting results.

Required profile

• Advanced students or graduates in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Commercialization or related fields; health‑related students (Dentistry, Medicine) are also considered.
• Geographic mobility within Buenos Aires (West, North, CABA), Rosario, Córdoba, Tucumán or Mendoza.
• Proactive, flexible, creative, result‑oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong prioritisation, analytical abilities, personal mobility and resilience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Veeva CRM platform for data entry and reporting.
