About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a family‑run Asian fusion restaurant with two locations, a boba shop, and an emerging catering division in Los Angeles. You will keep operations running smoothly, manage client communications, and help promote our catering services.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to catering inquiries, guide clients from first contact to event confirmation.
  • Coordinate with the chef, operations director, and restaurant team to ensure events are fully prepared.
  • Conduct outreach to schools, churches, and community groups to generate catering leads.
  • Draft marketing copy, outreach emails, and promotional materials for team review.
  • Match invoices with shipment records and flag discrepancies.
  • Maintain the events calendar and keep the team informed of upcoming bookings.
  • Provide day‑to‑day admin support: email management, document organization, mail sorting, and ad‑hoc requests.

Required profile

  • 2+ years experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or admin support professional.
  • Experience working with clients in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a functional computer.
  • Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, and able to manage multiple tasks without letting anything slip.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in Notion.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Experience using Discord for team communication.
