Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As an Ex‑MBB Strategy Consultant you will design realistic consulting scenarios and evaluation frameworks that help train next‑generation generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of former strategy consultants to ensure high‑quality, practitioner‑driven content.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
