English Speaking Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a cheerful, proactive English‑speaking Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for inbound leads at our wellness retreat. You will quickly engage prospects, schedule them with our sales team, and help them begin their wellness journey.

Key responsibilities

• Call every inbound lead within 5 minutes of submission during your shift.
• Confirm scheduled calls with the sales team 24 hours before the appointment.
• Book calls only – no selling is required.
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming phone demeanor that reflects our brand.
• Support the sales team by tracking communications and updating the CRM.
• Assist with simple marketing SOPs after CRM updates are complete.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a pleasant phone voice.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Available to respond immediately during scheduled hours.
• Prior experience in phone sales or customer service is highly desirable.
• Experience with rapid lead response and appointment setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Go High Level CRM.
