English Speaking Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a cheerful, English‑speaking Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for inbound leads at our wellness retreat. Working remotely from Argentina, you will quickly engage prospects, schedule calls for our sales team, and support a seamless client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Call every inbound lead within 5 minutes of submission during your shift.
• Confirm scheduled sales calls 24 hours in advance.
• Book appointments for the sales team without conducting sales pitches.
• Maintain a friendly, wellness‑aligned phone demeanor.
• Update the Go High Level CRM with interaction details and appointment information.
• Assist the sales team with follow‑up tracking and basic marketing SOPs after CRM updates.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a pleasant phone voice.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Availability to respond immediately during scheduled hours.
• Prior experience in phone sales, customer service, or rapid lead response is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Go High Level CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
