English Proficiency Coach for Talent Services

About the role

The English Proficiency Coach will strengthen communication capabilities across the Talent Services community in Buenos Aires. Working within EY Global Delivery Services, you will design and run a structured English program that improves fluency, comprehension and business communication for professionals collaborating with US and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch a comprehensive English Proficiency Program tailored to Talent Services, including curriculum, learning paths and proficiency levels.
• Create training materials and realistic simulations (calls, emails, stakeholder discussions) that reflect business scenarios.
• Deliver one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions focused on spoken fluency, pronunciation, listening comprehension and business communication.
• Provide real‑time feedback, individualized development plans and ongoing support based on role requirements.
• Conduct baseline and periodic proficiency assessments, track progress and report outcomes to Talent Services leadership.
• Partner with Talent Services leaders, US function heads and other stakeholders to identify skill gaps and align coaching objectives with business priorities.

Required profile

• Highly motivated English coach with proven experience in business‑English training or language development.
• Strong understanding of how communication excellence drives impact in a global professional environment.
• Ability to adapt coaching methods to varying proficiency levels and diverse roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with on‑shore and off‑shore teams, including US‑based stakeholders.
