Engineering Manager – Mobile Development

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our iOS and Android teams in delivering secure, reliable, client‑focused mobile applications. You will combine people leadership with end‑to‑end delivery ownership, partnering across Product, UX, Architecture, Quality Engineering, Security and Platform groups.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow iOS, Android and cross‑platform engineers.
• Own mobile delivery from discovery through production support, including architecture, development, testing, release and incident response.
• Define mobile architecture, coding standards and reusable patterns; guide choices across native (Swift, Kotlin) and cross‑platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, code signing, provisioning profiles and environment configurations.
• Govern App Store and Google Play submissions, phased rollouts and rollback procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics, lead root‑cause analysis and preventive actions for production issues.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software development experience, with 7+ years in mobile development and 4+ years in engineering leadership.
• Expert‑level proficiency in either iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin and working knowledge of the other platform.
• Hands‑on experience delivering apps through Apple App Store and Google Play release processes.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, communication and problem‑solving skills.

• App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Firebase, feature flags, OWASP Mobile Application Security standards.
