Email & SMS Marketing Strategist

About the role

We are looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Strategist to lead the design, execution and optimisation of lifecycle campaigns for our clients. The role combines strategic planning, content creation and technical implementation to drive engagement and revenue across email and SMS channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive email and SMS strategy for Power Digital Marketing (PDM) clients.
• Manage daily operations of the email channel, including calendar planning, content creation, build, deployment and A/B testing.
• Build and maintain automated email marketing programs with end‑to‑end tracking and measurement.
• Execute SMS campaigns and integrate them with broader lifecycle programs.
• Collaborate with creative, content, web and other teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Report performance metrics monthly and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Continuously test, measure and optimise programmes using data insights.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing email and SMS campaigns for B2B or B2C clients.
