Email & SMS Marketing Manager (Shopify & Klaviyo)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DTC Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own and scale our retention marketing program. You will design, launch, and optimise end‑to‑end email and SMS campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and long‑term customer value for a high‑volume ecommerce brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entire email and SMS marketing channels, from strategy to execution.
• Build, launch and continuously optimise Klaviyo email and SMS flows, including welcome, cart abandonment, post‑purchase, win‑back and loyalty sequences.
• Create and manage daily/weekly promotional email and SMS campaigns.
• Develop segmentation strategies and personalised messaging to improve deliverability and performance.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, design, timing and offers.
• Analyse campaign metrics (revenue, CTR, CVR, LTV) and iterate to maximise results.
• Collaborate with creative, growth and ecommerce teams to produce high‑converting assets.
• Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions and major sales events.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing email and SMS marketing for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Proven track record of growing email and SMS revenue.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Klaviyo.
• Strong experience with Shopify.
• HTML/CSS for email design.
• Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Northbeam or GA4.
