Email Marketing Strategist & Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Strategist & Account Manager to lead the email and SMS retention efforts for multiple DTC eCommerce brands. You will act as the strategic brain and primary client liaison, driving revenue‑generating campaigns while managing a cross‑functional pod.

Key responsibilities

• Own 6–8 DTC client accounts end‑to‑end, overseeing strategy, execution and performance.
• Develop and optimise lifecycle flows, campaigns, pop‑ups and SMS programs in Klaviyo.
• Lead client communication, build strong relationships with founders and act as an extension of their team.
• Manage a pod of copywriter, designer and Klaviyo specialist, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Review and approve all creative and technical work before client delivery.
• Maintain task boards, prioritize work and leverage AI tools to accelerate execution.
• Achieve KPIs such as 40%+ attributed revenue and 10+ A/B tests per client each month.

Required profile

• Proven email marketing experience within Klaviyo for DTC eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of customer‑journey mapping and lifecycle strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
