Email Designer (Wellness Brands)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑driven Email Designer to create visually compelling, conversion‑focused email campaigns for our portfolio of socially conscious wellness brands. You will work closely with the Email Department to ensure brand consistency while optimizing performance across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging email creatives in Canva that follow client brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistent branding – colors, fonts, imagery, layout – across all emails.
• Build mobile‑responsive layouts that display correctly on all devices.
• Create headers, product callouts, lifestyle images, banners and occasional GIFs.
• Strategically place CTAs and use persuasive visuals to drive conversions.
• Optimize deliverability by balancing image‑to‑text ratios, adding proper alt text and avoiding spammy elements.
• Apply accessibility best practices, including appropriate contrast ratios.
• Stay up‑to‑date with email design trends such as interactivity, minimalist layouts and dark‑mode compatibility.
• Deliver designs quickly in a fast‑paced agency environment while handling multiple brands.
• Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders efficiently.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of email design experience, preferably with DTC brands or digital agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑performing, visually engaging email designs.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, multi‑brand settings with short turnarounds.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva for creating headers, banners, product callouts and GIFs.
• Working knowledge of email marketing best practices, including mobile responsiveness and accessibility standards.
• Understanding of deliverability‑focused design (image‑to‑text balance, alt text).
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Monday (optional).
