Marketing Designer

About the role

Apply Digital is seeking a Marketing Designer based in Latin America to join its global, cross‑functional team. Reporting to the Marketing Design Lead in North America, you will primarily support initiatives from the European team while also contributing to North American and Latin American projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design on‑brand visual assets for website landing pages, social media, pitch decks, internal presentations, event materials, and print collateral.
• Collaborate with strategists, motion designers, copywriters, and engineers to translate strategic ideas into clear visual narratives.
• Support the Apply Digital website experience through UI design and visual quality‑assurance tasks.
• Apply and evolve the existing atomic design system and brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain reusable templates and a library of design assets to ensure regional brand consistency.
• Handle one‑off design requests such as one‑pagers, credential documents, and event kits.
• Integrate AI tools—including image generation, layout assistance, and content formatting—into daily workflows to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Strong collaborative mindset with a sense of ownership over deliverables.
• Curiosity about how AI can enhance creative processes.
