About the role

As a Graphic Designer for a leading global automotive company, you will create engaging visual content that supports brand objectives across digital, video, and animation formats. You will collaborate with copywriters, account managers, creative directors, and strategists to deliver high‑impact designs that drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the creative process from ideation to production, ensuring innovative and consistent deliverables.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews on major projects to maintain creative excellence.
• Present concepts confidently to clients alongside Creative Directors, articulating vision and brand messaging.
• Build strong client relationships through active listening and feedback integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to advance projects and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead the conceptual and aesthetic development of campaigns, design projects, and experiential activations.
• Set industry benchmarks for intelligent, impactful, and scalable work.
• Adapt to fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments while maintaining professionalism.
• Work effectively across time zones on local and international projects.
• Partner with other creatives to produce captivating content across various formats.
• Contribute to a positive culture for colleagues and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in design and art direction within advertising or marketing.
• Proven ability to handle shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong collaborative skills, working closely with creative leads and copywriters.
• Excellent presentation abilities with well‑reasoned rationale for senior leaders and clients.
• Critical thinker who can assess ideas from a conceptual perspective.
