Economics Teacher – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking experienced post‑secondary economics instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems that reason about economic concepts. Your expertise will guide how AI understands, explains, and applies economics, from introductory microeconomics to advanced applied topics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review economics questions and scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems.
• Assess the accuracy, clarity, and depth of AI‑generated economics content.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve economic reasoning in AI model outputs.
• Apply real‑world teaching experience to validate concepts, identify gaps, and catch edge cases.
• Work independently and asynchronously with no required meetings or fixed hours.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑time experience teaching economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of core economics topics – microeconomics, macroeconomics, and applied economics.
• Ability to clearly articulate and evaluate economic reasoning in written form.
• Comfortable reviewing structured content and providing detailed, actionable feedback.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently on task‑based projects.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with content evaluation workflows.
