Ecommerce Paid Media Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Paid Media Strategist to drive e‑commerce growth for a women‑owned eyewear brand. The role blends marketing, creative, copywriting and data analysis to turn product insights into high‑performing paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other paid channels.
• Identify marketing angles, hooks and concepts based on customer pain points, product benefits and performance data.
• Write ad copy, video hooks and on‑screen messaging that capture attention and drive conversions.
• Produce briefs, recommend visual assets and oversee production of ad creatives.
• Launch campaigns, monitor performance, analyse results and continuously optimise for ROI.
• Research competitors, spot creative gaps and propose new ideas.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Proven experience creating and managing paid media campaigns for e‑commerce.
• Ability to translate customer insights and business goals into compelling creative concepts.
• Self‑starter who can execute tasks as well as guide teams.
