eCommerce Manager

About the role

We are seeking an eCommerce Manager to own the day‑to‑day performance of a direct‑to‑consumer brand’s online store. This hands‑on, generalist role involves merchandising, campaign launches, analytics, and converting traffic into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily operations of the Shopify store, including product uploads, collections, landing pages and content updates.
• Plan and execute the promotional calendar: discounts, bundles, product drops, etc.
• Optimize product pages, on‑site search, and checkout to improve conversion rate and average order value.
• Manage marketplace listings on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart and maintain catalog health.
• Track performance using GA4 and Shopify analytics, identify insights and act on them.
• QA the site across devices before launches and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Partner with paid, email, and creative teams to align the site with campaigns and customer journeys.

Required profile

• 3+ years running eCommerce for a DTC or online brand.
• Hands‑on Shopify experience, including storefront management, apps and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record of owning store performance metrics such as conversion rate, AOV and revenue.
• Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Shopify reports) and turning data into decisions.
• Experience with at least one marketplace (Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop or similar).
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage launches, promotions and fixes.
• Available to work during U.S. PT/ET hours.
